Description
- Arrive with smoker and be setup no later than 10 am to the Hunter Olive House on 7th of September 2019.
- Class includes techniques of smoking: Brisket, Pork Butt, Lamb Shoulder, Chicken, Rack of Beef Ribs, and Rack of Pork Ribs.
- Each participant will cook Pork Ribs, Chicken, and a Reverse Seared Steak.
- Lunch and drinks provided
