Bookings are essential

  • Arrive with smoker and be setup no later than 10 am to the Hunter Olive House on 7th of September 2019.
  • Class includes techniques of smoking: Brisket, Pork Butt, Lamb Shoulder, Chicken, Rack of Beef Ribs, and Rack of Pork Ribs.
  • Each participant will cook Pork Ribs, Chicken, and a Reverse Seared Steak.
  • Lunch and drinks provided

  • Brisket Cook runs overnight on Saturday evening.

We have two experiences for you to choose from.

BBQ Master by Day

Spend the day learning BBQ Skills from Champion BBQ team Smokin Hot ‘n Saucy. Observe and learn techniques of trimming meats to types of BBQs. Also, get hands on learning experience while you BBQ Pork Ribs, Chicken, and a Reverse Seared Steak on your smoker. Drinks and Lunch Included.

Be a BBQ Master

Get all the above plus the ultimate Brisket Cook. Learn how to trim. prepare, and smoke a Brisket. This cook goes all night long. Learn fire management while bonding with fellow BBQ’ers.
