  • The last Masterclass in September 2019 was a huge success. We’ll be back again soon an want you to be a part of it. 
  • Class includes techniques of smoking: Brisket, Pork Butt, Lamb Shoulder, Chicken, Rack of Beef Ribs, and Rack of Pork Ribs.
  • Each participant will cook Pork Ribs, Chicken, and a Reverse Seared Steak.
  • Lunch and drinks provided

  • Brisket Cook runs overnight on Saturday evening.
