We love loading up the smoker to cook our Texas BBQ with passion. Cooking meat for up to 12 hours with exactly the right temperature and spices to create a mouth watering experience. Our food ranges from smoked meat to many side dishes both Texan and Australian that compliment the great produce of Australia

Pre Cooked Meats

Stock up your freezer full of delicious smoked meats for the next lock-down, grab some meat to spice up your crib meal, or even grab some for your next family BBQ. Meats come vacuum sealed with re-heating instructions. Great for those camping trips too.

ABOUT

Pitmaster, Robert Thraves is a bit more than just your backyard BBQ sausage sizzle chef. He loves to cook meat low and slow for hours and hours in his homemade custom built Texas offset smoker. Rob’s wife Randi is a native Texan and has been the driving influence in their BBQ style. They often enjoy holidays to Texas filled with lots of family and the best BBQ joints throughout the state.

Rob’s style of BBQ is Texas with a bit of Aussie touch, you’ll find him cooking meat all night at the perfect temperature with his own unique blend of spices to ensure tender juicy and tasty meat. Meat can be enjoyed on its own, in a sandwich, or even in a taco.
